The appellant-defendant (hereinafter defendant) was convicted, after trial by jury, of the crime of receiving stolen property in violation of sec. 943.34 (2), Stats. A sentence of three years imprisonment was stayed in favor of probation for three years, with thirty days of confinement in the Rock County Jail during non-working hours to be served within the first six months of probation. A motion for a new trial was denied. From the conviction and denial of her motion, the defendant appeals.
